The employees that I have met and deal with regularly are very pumped. They have a high level of confidence in the vision and ability of the management of their company. They are probably one of the reasons my faith is affirmed on a regular basis. Customer service continues to be a priority. They didn't sign us up and leave us hanging, the level of support/service is fairly consistent although my calls don't get returned quite as fast as they did at the beginning (they have a lot more customers now). I've referred others who have also signed on and are satisfied customers. I have not heard of any problems with churn. I'd like to see those claims about unfulfilled orders get backed up with some facts. I do know that one of the guys that left the local office is now with TGNT. He has a lot of work in front of him. It would not be unreasonable to venture that they are going to spend the next 6-9 months focusing just on obtaining roof rights and lining up real estate to install switches, offices, etc. It will be a while before they have customers in any significant numbers. My impression continues to be that the guys from WCII are on a mission. They know where they are going, they are confident that they will get there. If there is widespread dissatisfaction, I haven't seen any of it. I do know that their tolerance for non-performers is low, just as it should be. I've worked for large bureaucratic companies that keep on people that should have gotten whacked years before they were finally let go. I know - this is not a happy holidays sentiment but what would Christmas be without a Scrooge? Happy Holidays? Bah!!! Humbug!!!
