Ellen, The financials may or may NOT "cover/answer the questions as to the assets of the company." Assets can still be overstated and until the SEC is sure that they are in good standing then they will resume. If the SEC smells something "fishy" they can continue to delay. They will not just start trading up once the financials have been submitted. IMHO JeffG
