Really?

I never knew of you until you sent me an unsolicited message (June 2014) suggesting I take 100K daily. You have repeatedly scolded me in this very forum for not taking 100K IU D3 daily for months on end.

You know nothing about my health and I certainly do not have any auto immune disease.

But, just to be clear. I am appreciative (thankful) for that message which made me aware of the health potential of high dose D3. Your suggestion set me on a path of exploration that has been beneficial.

Since your message , I have learned D3 is a definitely a part of my problem and may be a part of the solution. I stopped taking D3 last May and my knee has been improving all summer long.
