This is hardly performing like a takeover candidate. There is no interest in this company. The volume has disappeared. A VAR with razor thin margins that is barely making a profit, trading on the TSX, decides to pay a dividend and that's supposed to get rational investors excited? You can only invoke the Scully name so many times, and investors ain't buying it. The pumpers need to get busy again.
