To be fair, most small caps are having trouble staying green atm. Pivot has already had a big year in 2015 thus far.
One thing I do consider to be a big plus here is the large insider ownership, with not one share sold. Maybe management does take it private, like alluded to by that fund manager? But like everything else in these markets, we will be the last to know!
