Dear RSC, I understand the effects of these volatile aircrafts orders. But aircrafts are durable goods too, which is related to high paying jobs, money changing hands, etc. They are part of the economic activity that contributes to the GDP number. Yes, next number may be lower due to less aircraft orders. But 4.8% jump is a huge number.

In my view, the street is just arguing themselves to believe the economy is slow, therefore, bond is the heaven, their decisions to buy bond are always correct. But time will tell. To me, this is a sign of a continued strong economy, at least a sign of not a weak economy.
