predictable based on how the process was undertook and the conflicting interests of the board and the rest of the shareholders.
I hold the board just as accountable for this mess as Eli. I've already voted online AGAINST all EZCH nominations with an ABSTAIN for Eli only. I'm also voting FOR the two RC proposed board members (got the Gold Cards in today's mail).

I wonder what happens if the current board is rejected and RC's two are approved?
