Thanks for the info, Luvin_It. Finally, Ontario is joining other jurisdictions in dealing with SLAPP abuse. The above statement summarizes exactly the strategy employed by the CCB CEO and his minions at Stockhouse Bullboards when he threatened posters with defamation lawsuits. I don't believe he ever intended to proceed to court especially after he acted stupidly and posted many egregious garbage comments on Stockhouse bullboards and by Inbox which would make him look foolish in court. His strategy was obviously to silence posters by threatening them with having to incur large legal bills to defend themselves. The CEO was counting on posters deciding to apologize even if they did nothing wrong rather than fight on and incur large legal bills. It looks like the CEO, NuclearBob and his lawsuit threat cohorts will have to come up with a new strategy because the defamation lawsuit threat has no power any longer. Here's an idea: How about spending more time working on creating shareholder value with the Miller property instead of wasting valuable time reading public stock forums several hours every day? Yes Luvin_It, I'M LUVIN IT! also.
