Al, I'd hate to carry the water for Ben Carson, given that he really ought to explain his views better.

But in this case, I believe he's merely voicing his opinion against judicial activism, where new laws seem to be written from the Supreme Court bench.

That's an overextension of the powers of the Supreme Court, and the implications are scary to those of us who believe in limited government.
