She seems plenty smart to me and she has one of the best, if not the best, coach on how to present herself persuasively. She seems to have benefited a great deal from those months she spent touring through the country on her speaking engagements. She has weathered her historical baggage and comes on stage appearing fresh and able to debate key issues with confidence. So what are we missing? We are missing the fact that she is one of the most corrupted persons ever to enter politics. Character matters but the masses of modern voting public are wearing blinders when it comes to her. I don't see how that will change but it could. I would not like to see all her malicious history rewarded and I hope it is not.
