The problem I have with P/S is that it gives ZERO credit for NPS which cost $100M and 4 years of R&D development (and is just now taping out). And MLNX is actually paying about 6X sales because they're using $189M of EZCH's own cash to finance the $811M deal.

AMBA was recently >2X the current valuation and IMHO is headed back there soon (think AMZN/GOOGL drone wars, TASR, IP security, GoPro camera wars, automobile cameras/navigation, etc).
