Well, SHalom,, maybe one day the Spirit will lead you or someone to
ponder whether the departure from the real name of Jesus into the name "Jesus" (under which NO man can be saved except by it)
may have allowed the ocean of tare seeds we have seen since almost day one. Just a thought that went through my head, way to obtuse for me to deal with at the moment, but interesting to ponder.
For instance, what if as a small child I had prayed to Jesus, Mary and Joseph for the rest of my life. The utter blankness of such direction does really scare me. It is a separate path leading nowhere as I see it.
In other words, did this slight, slight departure from the word of God giving the son of God a name He did not originally have, and everyone going along wiht it as the Anglicanized the entire Jewish population of the N.T. in translations first coming out of England only, did this open up the spiritual warfare to play games with the HOly Spirit which accompanies true thought directed toward the true Jeshuah?
