Why do you give Eli this benefit of the doubt? He sold shares and options in the past in complete contrarian behavior to shareholders. Do you know what his complete deal is in this transaction? Do you know that he is completely aligned with shareholders? Or might he have a side deal with MLNX or be getting options in MLNX? You should not assume because he is CEO, that he knows best.
