But in this case, I believe he's merely voicing his opinion against judicial activism, where new laws seem to be written from the Supreme Court bench. Controversial court rulings are nothing new...saying that legislative and executive branches don't necessarily need to follow them is...and shockingly ignorant...it's not the first time he says something imbecilic...I am getting the impression that this fellow knows next to nothing outside of the medical field.
