Excellent article and an issue that has been a serious headwind for the market, the lack of a majority of stocks that are performing well. The flip side to the conclusion of being a large negative for the market would be if the majority of stocks are now in the oversold and under priced category. If the broad market attempts to catch up with the generals, we could have one hell of a run.....(big if).
