Agree with your first paragraph.

Do not agree about RC. They are hedged, but stand to gain much more via a fair offer. Certainly they are not saviors, just offering a reasonable option. Eli and the Boards desire to get rich quickly with cash at a time when the overall market was turning south played right into Eyal's hands IMO.
