OK I am not quite as bored today :)) I see why it took them 8 months to put the deal together , its just a little convoluted but in the end it actually makes a lot of sense. I can see benefits to all three parties in this deal and in the end that is the measure as to if it is a good deal or not. This should really boost sales of LRL products as well as create extra revs through the pre-fab wall panel assembly which I assume will be done at the LRL facility in Abbotsford.
