RE- TDC Regular pattern continues on the earnings miss. IMO The appeal here is for a hypothetical acquisition by a stronger growing competitor. The company has been loosing a lot of sales because of competitive products and in house data analytics by customers . The company remains profitable, with a good cash flow. It has a low insider ownership with a high short position. IMO the perfect scenario for for a hedge fund to come in and push for a sale. I doubt the board would explore strategic alternatives with a push. Where are you Carl Icahan? Still holding my shares. siliconinvestor.com Message 30057924
