I am not disputing what the SEC has requested. I am simply stating that the SEC did not halt trading because of late financials. Is that statement incorrect? If so, why? BTW, long monologues are just my style, although I do take great care not to ramble. Rather than dragging my writing style into it, which is irrelevant, could we stick with the issues? If you are maintaining that trading was halted because of late financials, please prove it. I have yet to find any evidence that this was the reason for the halt. If it is the reason, I believe it is unprecedented in BB stocks.
