According to the prophet Daniel (Daniel 7:25), that (changing the set times seasons laws and divine appointments- (Moadim)) is what the Anti-Christ does prior to Messiah's salvation of Israel (after they welcome the Anti-Christ with open arms through a false and deceptive salvation) He rules from the temple before he betrays and attacks Yahweh's Chosen People in National Israel. But Yahweh is faithful to all of his promises, and the chosen faithful realize what has happened, and flee to Petra where salvation comes from on high to defeat the rebellious nations of the world who align to remove Israel from the face of the Earth.

"He will speak against the Most High and oppress his holy people and try to change the set times and the laws. The holy people will be delivered into his hands for a time, times and half a time."
