Previously Apricus was acting as a middleman with 'most' of the pharma companies and had income/outgoings for product sales recognised even though they had next to no mark up on it. I guess they setup the system to take themselves out the loop since it was probably a ballache for no profit. Makes sense to me, it is the royalties that give them the money.
