I don't have any problem with your statements of non-belief. You are welcome to your own ways of viewing things and there is nothing I can think of that I would try to persuade you to otherwise, except if I see you get basic facts wrong. I see you offended by the fact that other people find comfort in their religious associations and that many give credit to their commitment to decency because they associate with a religion.

You do that to the point of making glaring factual mistakes, like calling people stupid who are clearly not stupid. Such enraged responses doesn't make sense. Even though I have been disappointed by religious people and groups, to the point where I have to declare my independence from such, I see no good reason for such behavior. If you had confidence in your point of view, it seems to me you would be happy just to leave others alone with theirs. What am I missing?

Carson is clearly not stupid. If he turns out to be a liar, I will once again admit my disappointment and withdraw my support but until then, I am holding onto some hope for the guy.
