Yes, the interpretation goes like this......we are sort of humiliated to announce that little to no progress has occurred at Schaft Creek over the last two years and that a further delay of 2 -3 years seems likely at this point. We will need funding within the next 8 months as will Carmax. Where these funds will come from we have no clue - which is kind of a big deal as our salaries need to be paid on time. We have initiated project sheeple....where our spin committee over at agoracom will try to pull some wool further over the eyes of the masses.
