What I said was, I called the co. several times for updates. The SEC doesn't talk to the public, so NONE of us know...not you, not me, not Tonto. But, The co. informed me that the only SEC request was for their financials. It is important to note that Starks role is in Internet fraud. I hope that would encompass brokers who have an intimate relationship with admitted shortsellers and 15USC Chapter 2A sub.i.,77q., Pugs
