Kenneth: GTE and BA should have their tariff information 1Q98. Once prices are set, deployments will start. Look at BC once they receive their tariff information. ~1 month later they were offering ADSL service. I certainly wouldn't take $15/share for Westell. A few months ago Westell didn't have:

1) A DMT solution,

2) ~$15 million to their bottom line,

3) Lucent reselling their DSLAM unit,

4) Partnership with TI,

5) HDSL product for the UK,

6) 3 year contract with the GTE CLEC,

7) Westell/Fujitsu agreement

I've heard a number of posters question the BA/DSC/Westell deal, but you don't see them questioning the possibility of Westell getting some of the JPC order or BC DSLAM deal. They only want to question the Westell signed contracts... until later.
