I just argued for more rapid transit - much like the more progressive countries in the world and you come out with this ridiculous statement? .........I also love the earth I live on and do not want to contribute to more and more and more GW. I'm even for more infrastructure programs for roads - where it makes sense. Where we differ Alex is you want to lay the bill for these projects on you children and grandkids. I think that is morally bankrupt. AND to be sure, I support Obama in all he has done. But Obama's spending ideas are NOT the same as Krugman's. I sure wish you could understand that.
