brings up some issues that might need to addressed on the ballot as well-
...such as the board nominations. IMHO they are even more at fault than Eli. I can understand his emotional issues, friendship with Eyal, etc but the board should have been a check on that and they apparently were not.

Does anyone know why RC is recommending to vote ABSTAIN on Shai Saul as board nominee (Proposal 3 on the ballot)? They recommended voting AGAINST the other five (Proposal 2). I called the EZCH rep at Okapi Partners and they did not know why RC did this. Maybe Shai Saul did not vote when the board endorsed the merger but I thought it was unanimous.

EZCH's PR machine has been very prompt and aggressive in responding to RC's comments so it will be interesting to see how they respond regarding the 2 new data center wins.
