High-tech East, RE:Judge. The objective of IE/OS integration has been achieved by MSFT. It dose no harm to MSFT if IE, OS is separated. The objective was: "fight off NSCP". MSFT already won regardless of the outcome. The cost of the fight could be 'ZERO' if DOJ lose. MSFT becomes genius in trying the stunt. The cost of the fight should be reasonable if DOJ wins, consider the consequence for not trying.
