News from briefing.com Microsoft Corp (MSFT) 127 unch: software giant says U.S. Department of Justice has reversed its decision on Windows 95; says papers show that browser is actually part of the operating system. According to MSFT, the DOJ wants the company to add nearly all of Internet Explorer back into the system, but to hide it so that the browser is hard to use....
