I don't know how long we can stretch out the fiscal balloon but at some point it is going to be over. The difference now is that the days when we KNEW we would see the end of it in our lifetime are over. NOBODY KNOWS is no longer just the wise saying of the script writer, William Goldman. If we go under so does the world. So behind their hatred of us is the knowledge they completely depend on us. The way to stop a demonstration against us in some third shithole is to announce that our embassy there is giving out visas. They will all leave and line up at the embassy. Look at the crowds of college kids turning out for Bernie. If they had been given a copy of the book, ECONOMICS IN ONE LESSON, by Henry Hazlitt, in in Junior High, a lot of this nonsense might not be happening.
