Steve, You beat me to it :) Nice article. I have sent an email to the MIND CFO asking about some of the issues -- like why do they issue stock to fund growth when the debt and bank loan markets are ready and willing to loan money? Seems to me like this is an uneeded dilution of earnings, PLUS they sold the stock right in the middle of this bullshit sell off we are having. If they would have waited till next montyh they could have raised a lot more $$$ for the same number of shares, IMO. I love MIND and I love FGII. The rest of the sector I just enjoy for a one night stand.
