Judy, Prior to the aquisition I would have recommended IMRS for 3-6 month hold. I believe however that adding 22 million $ in revenue for 24mm$ worth of CHRZ stock increases CHRZ shareholder value and provides a new base of business beyond 2000. I believe the market will attach more and more significance to this within 6 months. My forecast is for Dec earnings of .29$/sh. This is quite a bit above the first call estimate of .24$ per share. I have not studied CHRZ recently so I don't really know whether my forecast is unduly optimistic. In any event I believe both companies are sounder than TSK. I bought some Chrz today for a short term play in hope I can make 20% before end of January. I am sitting on a chunk of shares bought @ 17 which I hope to hold until mid February when 20% tax rate will apply to an 18 month gain.
