I see DVN is high on the list of earnings impairment....... Looks like a good example of a stock in which the next 5 to 7 dollars should be down in price........ not a move up to test it's 200 DMA.... but rather with all the overhead sellers and technical action...... I would look for a move back towards $40.......

I would not suspect another company to take them out in a buyout...... in the next few months... interesting how the 2015 bottom was so close to the 2009 bottom
