The reason they get brushed off is that there isn't anything there. Like during the Clinton administration, there is a whole industry that has grown up to try to inflate non-issues into a "scandal". They get attention, then it becomes obvious that there is nothing there and then it dies off. According to y'all the Obama administration has been hit with one scandal after another, when in fact it hasn't had any at all. Same with Hillary.
