Not one time did he address that question. During the campaign or later. Not once. He has addressed it. Several times. Claims he didn't know about it. Now you might say that he is insufficiently narcissistic, and should have tracked it down and read it I suppose. According to the PR person who wrote it, that information was inserted by her(IIRC the PR person is female).
