Just looked at the EIA monthly production data. After peaking in April, production in August had dropped by 274k bbl/day; and that's including a +111k bbl/day from Federal Offshore PADD 3. So production excluding that would be down 385k bbl/day. With continuing capex reductions, production will continue to fall - the only question is how much and how fast. KJ
