I am sure Raging Capital has called around to discover how much, if any, interest is out there. Just because
no suitors have approached EZCH directly does not mean that they don't exist. With that draconian termination fee in place, EZCH wouldn't hear anything unless the deal falls through. RC is saying that they never shopped the company in the first place, and that was the other thing they discovered. Eyal's new found concern for EZCH shareholders is truly touching!
