The Secretary of State is not an employee of the State Department.

To claim that Hillary did not break any laws or regulations is to slap logic in the face.

How so?

LOL, must have been the Republicans who screwed up at Benghazi and who set up Hillary's personal e-mail server.

Granted, she was culpable in setting up the web server.

However, neither would have been remarkable without Republicans trying to make a big deal out of them. Neither was a big deal. No laws were broken. No rules violated. It is regrettable what happened to ambassador Stevens, but it isn't obvious what could have been done to avert it. Just like most any attack on diplomatic property. All of the accusations leveled at Clinton over Benghazi have been shot down. By Republicans. More than once.

You keep avoiding the fact that it has been admitted that the Republicans have been using the investigation as a vehicle to harm Clinton's election chances. Gowdy might as well be waving a piece of paper, claiming he had proof of her malfeasance, which he is will to share after the elections.

But, yeah. The ends justify the means, right?
