Open? Are you sure there is going to be one? I've seen many cases where the 10 day suspensions get renewed over and over again. In the case of this dog, it isn't a simple matter of the company being late in one filing. There are several missing filings, and many of the past filings were evidently fraudulent and must be redone. That could take many months, and many hundreds of thousands of dollars of accounting fees.

If that mysterious Asian with more money than brains gets second thoughts, the company will never be able to pay the accountants. No accountants, no honest filings that satisfy the SEC; no honest filings, no reopening of the stock.
