I agree with you and observe the same ranges you mention. These days I think the 22 buy and 35 sell ranges are intact.

My only real concern is that I haven't read a policy on dividend changes, and I notice over the past 5 years changes in dividend rates.
What goes up can come down....

A dividend rate change wouldn't bother me in itself, but when I see how badly the market punished FCX after a wise move to temporarily cut their dividend, I would worry about what might happen to Asarco in a similar scenario. Although, admittedly, the cash flow problems at AR are not nearly as significant as they were going to be with FCX.

As far as assets are concerned, especially on track in Peru, Asarco looks pretty good to me right here, right now.
