The CEO is jack_kay@phoenix.com and the CFO is bob_riopel@phoenix.com. Their revenues are 5 times as high as Award and 80% of their business is BIOS. They also have the Intel motherboard contract that constitutes 25% of the market.

If you read Award's notices carefully, you'll see that sometimes they're quoting Dataquest, not making the claim themselves. Technically, they're not outright lying.
