That shows that CO2 ISN'T a potent greenhouse gas. Thanks for pointing that out. The natural gas industry captures methane for burning and turning it into impotent CO2. The EPA says leakage is much lower than your source and they WANT to regulate ng: energyindepth.org Bear in mind that natural gas is the industry's PRODUCT, the source of their revenue. They have a powerful incentive to not let it slip away.
