Robert Simms: +110,950 shares since 3/28/97 (Our kind of Guy!) At the end of last year, this fellow's TMSR's holdings was 286,000 shares exchange2000.com Our 1997 Annual Meeting Proxy statement states that as of 3/28/97, he had 278,100 shares. Since then, he has increased his position by nearly 40% to 389,050 shares. Does anyone have a clue as to who Robert Simms is? Happy Holidays, everyone! --alan
