The bid is what they will buy your stock for, the ask is what they will sell you stock for at market. It is possible to get a limit buy off between bid and ask but rare to buy at bid or sell at ask. the last trade is just that, it can be even a error correction, in this case It looks like someone sold at bid. That is a general explanation.
