Arch: It troubles me that Zani would actually say "heavy shorting and tax loss selling"; I have to agree with the all of that, but, what it implies to me is that he is well aware of what Select has to be doing. Certainly he is aware of the fact that none of the legitimate share holders could be shorting the stock; it is illegal to short a stk. selling for under 5.00, coupled with the fact that it would be easy to catch us. That only leaves illegal shorting; and, the only people with the capabilities to do that are MM's, coupled with kinky brokers; and, financial consultants, coupled with kinky brokers and MM's.
