This meme is almost completely a lie. Yes, he went to public schools. Based on his age it is unlikely he ever received Medicaid benefits although there were plenty of local health programs for the working poor (his mother held down multiple jobs). He certainly didn't "benefit from 'Affirmative Action'" to get into Med school. That's ridiculous. And his entire university through Med School education was paid for by full scholarships based on merit only. The final quote is attributable to someone else. It is just a Big Fat Lie. He will make an excellent president.
