Well, that's pretty much standard knowledge, but George Jr. left Obama with the U.S. and the World on the verge of financial collapse and I think also 2 active wars.

Hard not to spend money when the previous President has left things in such a MESS.

Especially when Bush Jr. had already DOUBLED our National DEBT in his 8 years in office and left the care of 25,000 wounded soldiers and 100's of thousands more with all sorts of debilitating problems which we are seeing manifesting themselves in SUICIDES every day among our veterans.
