Spoke to S & P analyst Andrew Watt today.

Andrew told me that the downgrade was purely based on the Korean situation and how it relates short-term to the bond holders, and that no regard is given to the stock or the DTV potential. He did confirm that ZE benefits from the sale of every VSB device, however this is not pertinant to the downgrade since the real revenue won't begin for maybe a year. He feels ZE is not solvent past 9 months with the Korean situation getting worse. He also agreed with me that ZE is probably speaking with other companies regarding some kind of backing. I was troubled by the description of ZE being a "color TV company", I thought that the description was one sided and unfair.

In any event, if we are right about royalties we will win in the end. I just wish the company cared about the shareholders a little more.
