Served no purpose at all. Everyone knew that. Hell, they'd already bombed WTC once and Clinton just walked away from it. Of course they were reemboldened. There was nothing that could have been done.

As to torture, Rodriquez is precisely correct. He has detailed precisely what happened in his book, with a lot of the formerly classified information disclosed. There was nothing approaching torture.

This is ignorant new reporter talk. Liberals, just like you, who don't know shit about it.

So, again, why is it coming up now?
