Paul, thanks for your reply. While medium to long term prices may not be grossly affected by analyst manuevers, the short term effect can be a trader's nightmare. As a former analyst, how much setting up for a quick trade via options or pre buying or selling, do houses make prior to announcing their upgrades or downgrades?
